Service Agreement

Terms and Conditions

Bookings are confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
Final payment must be completed before or on the event date, as agreed in the contract.
Any changes to the event schedule, venue, or scope of services must be communicated in advance and may involve additional charges.
Cancellation and refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
HS EVENTS is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and obtaining any required venue permissions or local government approvals.
Photos and videos captured during events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

Refund Guarantee

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At HS EVENTS, we are committed to delivering exceptional event planning and management services. As event arrangements involve advance vendor bookings, venue deposits, and extensive setup planning, the following refund policy applies:

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment. The advance amount secures your event date and initiates the planning process.

2. Cancellation by the Client

30 days or more before event: 75% of advance payment refunded (after deducting admin/planning charges).
15–29 days before event: 50% of advance payment refunded.
Less than 15 days before event: No refund provided due to vendor commitments and custom material preparations.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Venue booking charges, vendor non-refundable advances, customized printed props, and special orders made specifically for the event are strictly non-refundable.

4. Event Postponement

Requests to reschedule an event are subject to date availability. Additional charges may apply if vendor or venue rates increase for the new date.

5. Cancellation by HS EVENTS

If HS EVENTS is unable to conduct the event due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered either a full refund of payments received (excluding non-recoverable third-party expenses) or an option to reschedule.

6. Refund Processing
